1. Introduction

Welcome to Throttle Fitness (“Platform”). This Refund Policy governs cancellations, refunds, payment disputes, failed transactions, session-related issues, and financial matters arising from bookings, services, and transactions conducted through the Platform.

By registering, booking sessions, making payments, accessing services, or using the Platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in full.

2. Plan Start Definition & Time-Based Refund Eligibility

A plan officially commences based on the scheduled plan start date and time selected by the user during the purchase process, regardless of when the first session actually takes place.

Refund eligibility is strictly calculated against this official plan start timestamp. The following time-based refund tiers apply to all plan cancellations:

  • More than 48 hours before start time: 100% Refund
  • Between 36 and 48 hours before start time: 75% Refund
  • Between 24 and 36 hours before start time: 50% Refund
  • Less than 24 hours before start time: 0% Refund (Strict No Refund)
  • After the plan has officially started: 0% Refund (Strict No Refund)

3. No Session-Wise or Partial Refunds

Refunds are issued ONLY for the entire plan. The following conditions are strictly enforced:

  • No session-wise refunds are allowed.
  • No partial session refunds are allowed.
  • Cancelled sessions, whether by the user or the trainer, do not qualify for fractional or individual refunds.

4. Trainer Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a trainer cancels one or more sessions, the following rules apply:

  • The trainer must reschedule the cancelled session(s) within a mutually agreeable timeframe.
  • Trainer cancellations do not create refund eligibility under any circumstances.
  • Trainer cancellations will not reduce the total purchased session count available to the user.

5. Cancellation Procedure & Approvals

To request a refund, users must use the automated "Request Refund" feature in their Dashboard, which dynamically calculates eligibility based on the time remaining until the plan start timestamp.

Submission of a refund request does not automatically process the refund. All requests remain subject to administrative approval, transaction validation, and final determination by Throttle Fitness.

6. User No-Show Policy

If a user fails to attend, join, participate in, remain available for, or reasonably cooperate during a confirmed session without approved cancellation, prior notice, or authorized rescheduling, such incident shall constitute a User No-Show.

User no-shows are strictly non-refundable.

7. Refund Processing & Failed Payments

Approved refunds shall ordinarily be processed using the original payment method, payment gateway, banking channel, or authorized financial mechanism used during the original transaction.

While Throttle Fitness may initiate approved refunds promptly, actual settlement timelines may vary (typically 5-7 business days) depending upon banks, card issuers, and payment gateways. Throttle Fitness shall not be responsible for delays beyond the Platform’s direct control.

8. Offline Sessions & Venue Restrictions

Users are solely responsible for confirming whether their selected gym, venue, club, or location permits outside trainers. If a selected location subsequently denies, restricts, or prevents trainer access, no refund, reimbursement, compensation, offset, or financial adjustment shall be payable by Throttle Fitness on such grounds.

9. Disputes & Support

For refund disputes or payment inquiries, users may contact support@throttlefitness.com. Submission of a dispute does not guarantee refund approval. Throttle Fitness reserves the right to approve, reject, or investigate dispute outcomes in accordance with Platform policies.
